Area Business Manager - LAP/Business Loan Sales (4-12 yrs)
Our client is a leading and well renowned NBFC focused on supporting the growth of Micro and Small enterprises by offering Financial Loan Service, Home Loan Service,
Business Loan Service etc. based in Mumbai, India.We are looking for Area Business Manager for Multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership:
- Lead the sales team in generating business for Secured Business Loans / LAP through direct sourcing.
- Achieve sales targets by building and expanding the customer base in the assigned territory.
2. Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Relationship Managers.
- Monitor the team's performance to ensure quality service delivery and achievement of business goals.
3. Business Development:
- Build and strengthen the sales and distribution network in the assigned territory.
- Develop strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition.
4. Loan Management:
- Oversee the entire loan process, from lead generation to the disbursement of loans.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and communication with clients.
5. Process Synergy:
- Collaborate with the credit and operations teams to streamline processes and ensure efficient business operations.
- Facilitate smooth coordination between sales, credit, and operations to maximize business outcomes.
6. Compliance and Quality:
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in sales of Secured Business Loans / LAP.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Age below 35 years.
