Area Business Manager - Diagnostics (1-4 yrs)
Territory Management
- Develop/implement sales strategies and plans to achieve individual sales objectives
- Drive Physician/HCP engagement & coverage expansion
- Actively pursue contract & Tender opportunities
- Responsible for maintaining/gaining market share in the territories handled as per plans
- Creatively plan for business opportunities in challenging territories and competition accounts
- Has detailed knowledge of sales process and expert selling skills to make effective sales call, to teach others, and to improve on current process
- Actively roll out physician marketing, patient marketing and continued medical education initiatives in respective territory.
Product and Market knowledge
- Expert knowledge of product's features, benefits, medical terminology, diagnostics test names and parameters through practical experience, training programs and learning from key end-users
- Analyse market trends, identify threats and opportunities and recommend and implement strategies and plans to address them
- Thorough knowledge of customer's support for competitive products and services and develop plans to differentiate
Corporate Ethics
- Maintain a responsible and ethical approach while actively pursuing business outcomes
- Relationship with customers based on high ethical standards
Preferable Requirements :
- Science/Biomedical graduate with overall 1-2 Years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Diagnostics/Medical device industry
