Job Purpose Statement :
Business Growth & Synergy:
Enhancing Synergy between Regional OEM / Dealer Team & Client.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- To ensure the month on month Volume, MS% and disbursement value growth.
- Product wise Target V/s. Achievement Analysis.
- Strengthening and building relationship with Dealer Principal & Manager.
- Increasing Biz nos of 20 Tone Excavator & New Products/New Manufacturers.
- To design & implement the Divisional Policy for better uniformity, clarity of smooth operations.
- Portfolio control through daily monitoring of Cases. CD to CD collection to maintain at 95% min. To Ensure Nil NPA in first 12 months business & maintaining relationship with client for getting repeat Biz.
- Enquiry Management & Loss sale analysis.
- To keep updating on present available finance schemes and to suggest any new schemes as per the geography, product, customer profile and competition.
- Communicate continuously with Divisional Manager/Circle Head about the new initiatives, processes and schemes.

- Knowing & Meeting Strategic/Retail Profile Client & Increase Business Volume
- Increasing Market Share % & Disbursement Value in designated States.
- Meeting Govt Bodies in Region for Contract Allocation in States.
- To handle customer, employee, product & process related challenges and resolve it.
Portfolio Management :
- Delinquent client to be handled throughout the contract tenure by maintaining Relationship with Client & Guarantor.
- In rare instance of Asset Repossession Empanelling the Best Repo Agent Team & Specialised Parking Yard for the respective State.
- Updating databank of prospective buyer for Repossessed Equipments.
Productivity Measurement :
- To ensure that Business Volume is Achieved month on month.
