Area Business Manager - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth through the Agency Business Partner (ABP) Channel.
- Identify and onboard Agency Business Partners (ABPs) to expand the business network.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase agent productivity and sales volume.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Agency Business Partners (ABPs).
- Support ABPs in acquiring high-quality advisors and agents.
- Provide necessary training, mentorship, and motivation to ensure performance excellence.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with ABPs, advisors, and clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention of top-performing agents.
- Ensure all business activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for sales tracking and performance analysis.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Graduate (Bachelor's degree) is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of BFSI sales experience (Life Insurance, General Insurance, Banking, Mutual Funds, or NBFC).
Skills:
- Strong sales and business development abilities.
- Good people management and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership qualities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
