Requirements :
- 1-2 years in business development or sales

- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Responsibilities :
- Recruit and onboard new agency partners
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing agents
- Implement sales growth strategies across the area
- Prepare and present management reports
- Train, motivate, and support agents to achieve their targets
