Area Business Head - Sales - Rural Life Insurance (5-8 yrs)
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Responsible for Revenue generation from Rural market with team handling at district level.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a team of Sales Managers (SMs) on daily basis to meet or exceed business goals.
- Assist / Support SMs with activity management and review their performance on a weekly basis.
- Communicate deadlines and goals to team members.
- Allocate resources, Assign Business and supervise activities of SMs.
- Identify skill gaps and assist on joint calls with team members (SMs).
- Address team concerns and provide direction whenever needed.
- Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
- Resolve all customer issues and ensure to provide outstanding customer services.
- Conduct performance evaluation of team members (SMs) and provide feedback for improvements.
- Build strong working relationships and maintain effective communications with team members.
- Identify business challenges and suggest appropriate action plans.
- Build a positive working and learning environment for team members.
- Ensure that teams follow company policies and procedures at all times.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Qualifications - Graduation (Any discipline)
Years of Experience
- Min 5+years of experience in Life Insurance (Preferably Direct)
Additional Skill Required
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
- Rural network connectivity
- Allotted district experience
- The minimum stint with each company should be 2yrs.
- Any Other Specification
- Hiring grid mandatory
Age: 28yrs to 35yrs
