Area Business Head - Sales - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (8-15 yrs)
Desired Qualifications And Experience :
- Graduate, preferable postgraduate in Marketing an MBA from reputed institute
- 6 years (In Insurance/Banking/and Finance)
- 2 years in Bancassurance (preferable)
- Below 40 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Undertake planning for achieving sales targets for the cluster
- Develop sales targets for the branches within the cluster
- Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of each branch in the cluster against identified targets
- Implement incentive schemes for bank employees within the cluster Strengthen relationship with Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks
- Manage & enhance relationship with the Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks
- Engage all the employees of the bank branches in insurance sales
- Maintain clear communication with the Branch Managers of the partner banks
- Ensure achievement of sales targets for the cluster
- Ensure successful launch of new products and marketing promotional campaigns within the Cluster
- Review monthly sales targets and performance of Business Managers/ CROs and discuss with Business managers/ CROs on backlog, customer feedback, and other insights from field force
- Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operations for the cluster
- Monitor satisfaction of the clusters customers through a customer satisfaction index based on parameters such as customer complaints
- Develop the recruitment and training plan for the Business Managers in line with the overall recruitment & training plan and ensure recruitment and training of the team as per the plan
- Resolve any issues related to the Business managers/ CROs
- Ensure CROs meet their training requirements
- Ensure employee satisfaction and motivation
- Relationship with CROs/ Branch Managers/ Regional Managers
- Training Business Managers, CROs
- Providing support to branches/ CROs by coordinating with BL&G functionaries at HO
- Relationship with Group leadership
- Quality of proposals sourced from the branches
- Cluster's Sales Target achievement
- Cluster's profitability achievement
- Cluster's Sales force productivity
- Cluster's Branch productivity
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities :
- Experience in dealing with public sector banks
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience in leading sales team
- Market knowledge
- Sales & distribution operations understanding
