Area Business Head/Center Head - Sales (4-7 yrs)
The Role :
As an Area Business Head, the overall development, performance and maintenance of the center- s activities to obtain the maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- To achieve the given revenue and sales targets of the branch
- Complete Ownership of Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer/Student Experience for the given center
- To ensure recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met
- To handle branch operations & provide support to all other departments with and related issues
- To handle students' and parents' issues and concerns and give solutions and retain them. Also, to be proactive to reach out to parents for continuous feedback in order to ensure customer satisfaction & optimum results
- To ensure effective branding of the organization and events is done through various mediums as and when required after thorough negotiation with vendors
- To make proper utilization of reports and its effective analysis for Strategic thinking and execution
- To ensure the motivation of the team, coordination between team members and working towards the organizational goal. Takes ownership of the Employees' performance and retention
- To update (Verbally and/or written) your Reporting Manager on a routine basis for all relevant issues in marketing and HO
- To ensure that branch is Corporate Guidelines Compliant
- To take care of month-wise fee collection. Also to monitor pending fees and ensure follow- up is done for outstanding payments. Moreover, to ensure that refund and left-out cases are controlled to the minimum
- Adherence to all admin and academic compliance necessary for smooth functioning of the center. Ensuring that the branch gets a good audit rating Responsible for daily and fortnightly update
- To maintain accurate records
- Responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Reporting Manager. The incumbent must contribute towards the smooth running of the organization
