Area Business Head - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (6-15 yrs)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Planning :
- Undertake planning for achieving sales targets for the cluster
- Develop sales targets for the branches within the cluster
- Ensure monitoring and analysis of the performance of each branch in the cluster against identified targets
- Implement incentive schemes for bank employees within the cluster
- Strengthen relationship with Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks
- Manage & enhance the relationship with the Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks
- Engage all the employees of the bank branches in insurance sales
- Maintain clear communication with the Branch Managers of the partner banks
Sales growth and cost management :
- Ensure achievement of sales targets for the cluster
- Ensure a successful launch of new products and marketing promotional campaigns within the Cluster
- Review monthly sales targets and performance of Business Managers/ CROs and discuss with Business managers/ CROs on the backlog, customer feedback, and other insights from the field force
- Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure the reduction of cost of operations for the cluster
Customer satisfaction and retention :
- Monitor satisfaction of the clusters customers through customer satisfaction index based on parameters such as customer complaints
People Management :
- Develop the recruitment and training plan for the Business Managers inline with the overall recruitment & training plan and ensure recruitment and training of the team as per the plan
- Resolve any issues related to the Business managers/ CROs
- Ensure CROs meet their training requirements
- Ensure employee satisfaction and motivation
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS QUALITATIVE :
- Relationship with CROs/ Branch Managers/ Regional Managers
- Training Business Managers, CROs
- Providing support to branches/ CROs by coordinating with BL&G functionaries at HO
- Relationship with Group leadership
- Quality of proposals sourced from the branches
QUANTITATIVE :
- Cluster's Sales Target achievement
- Cluster's profitability achievement
- Cluster's Salesforce productivity
- Cluster's Branch productivity
PREFERRED CREDENTIALS :
- WORK EXPERIENCE : 6 years (In Insurance / Banking / and Finance) 2 years in Bancassurance (preferable)
- AGE : Below 40 years
- QUALIFICATIONS : Graduate, preferable postgraduate in Marketing an MBA from a institute of repute
