Job Location Kolkata.
Job Profile
- Responsible for the retail sales of SIS and MIA exclusive stores.
- Walk-in generation,
- Stock turn, store profitability,
- Customer service / experience,
- Franchisee relationship, and other store retail metrics.
- Identifying new locations and expand the network.
- Stock-turn, AMC
- Store profitability
Franchisee Management - manage the current showroom network in the territory and identify opportunities for network expansion
- Consumer understanding and competitor benchmarking
- Creating fans for life & drive better customer engagement.
- Co-ordination with merchandising / ISCM team and ensure product availability including customer order
- Staff Training and motivation
- Coordinating with Commercial, Shoppers, Lifestyle etc for a smooth functioning.
- Retail sales targets including GHS ( for Exclusive MIA store)
- AMC, Stock Turn, Profitable category mix.
- Store Profitability
- No of local marketing initiatives and its effectiveness
- Franchisee relationship index
- Post graduate in Management with 5-8 years of experience in sales / retail marketing.
- Knowledge on Merchandising, Customer Engagement.
- Knowledge on retail metrics and retail store finance / profitability.
