The Area Business Development Manager in the Agency Channel drives sales and growth in a specific region by managing and supporting a team of Financial Advisors or Insurance Agents.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Finding and hiring new financial advisors, ensuring they fit well with the company.
- Providing ongoing training and support to enhance advisors' skills and sales techniques.
- Maintaining strong relationships with advisors for their success and retention.
- Exploring new opportunities and analyzing market trends for growth.
- Tracking results and sharing updates with higher management.
Qualification & Experience:
- Must have completed Graduation.
- At least 2+ years in sales and marketing, any sector.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving business goals.
- Excellent skills in building relationships with agents and clients.
