We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Business Development Manager in the Agency Channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth within a specific region by recruiting, training, and managing a team of talented agents. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets and fostering long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attract and recruit qualified financial advisors, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure they meet their sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively meet business objectives and exceed sales targets.
- Continuously monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to maximize potential and drive success.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust tactics and seize new business opportunities.
- Empower agents with the necessary tools and techniques to target and engage high-value customer segments, enhancing customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and success.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A graduate degree is required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and marketing in any field.
- 3+ years in native or residential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, driving them toward achieving business goals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with both agents and clients.
