Job Description:
The Area Business Development Manager oversees business growth in a specific region by recruiting, training and leading a team of agents to achieve sales goals and drive success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and motivate financial advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular support and coaching to help them succeed.
- Create plans to meet sales goals, find new opportunities, and improve sales performance.
- Study the market to understand customer needs and competition.
- Develop strategies for agents to focus on key customer groups.
Qualification & Experience:
- A graduate degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in any industry.
- 3+ Year residential or Native.
- Strong leadership skills to guide a team toward success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with agents and clients.
