Archon - Executive - Business Development (2-3 yrs)
1. Must have excellent communication skills
2. Should have good Interpersonal personal skills.
3. Must have field sales skills & relationship building skills.
4. Must have strong knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint & word to create proposals & presentations to customers.
5. Knowledge of IT hardware and software Technology will be added advantage.
6. Bangalore Geography and local dialect will be an added advantage
7. Work as an independent contributor responsible for acquiring and managing customers
8. Work towards achieving target and increasing Archon share of wallet in customer's IT spend
9. Work closely with OEM and the relevant ecosystem to address customer needs
10. Need to get trained and acquire sales oriented certifications on products and solutions sold by Archon
11. Need to get involved in all the Sales activities like calling the Prospects, sharing product information & also secure meetings/appointments for client meetings, must work closely with the presales and solution architect teams.
12. Should track quotes requests from Inception till closure.
13. Must prepare daily call sales report & other sales related reports as per Archon process.
