About the role
BDM- Projects will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and strategies. He/She will work closely with Architects, Interior Designers to support process and drive sales in residential and commercial spaces. He/She would be working directly with the co-founders and would be a part of the Core Founding Team at Archmozzo.
Role Description :
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Seek out new opportunities through cold calling, email, social media and networking events.
- Close deals and brings architects and designers on board to meet monthly targets.
- User Management; understand their material requirements, give them material options, negotiate the best price, and prepare quotes.
- End to end order management including brand management, negotiation, placing orders, follow-ups, QC, and invoicing.
- Ensure timely delivery of samples and materials with proper QC onsite.
- Establish long-standing relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, builders, interior contractors.
- Represent the company in various exhibitions and events.
- Collect feedback from the users and feed it back to the internal team.
What are we looking for :

- 3 to 8 years of sales experience in the AEC industry
- Passion for sales and marketing
- Founder's mindset (We love to work with ex-founders)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Critical thinker and have problem-solving skills
- Take ownership and initiative to get the job done
Location: Our office location is in Gurugram. Please note this is an in-office role.
