Architectural Wall Systems - Sales Role (1-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.

- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, preferences, and market trends in the facade and windows industry.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders.

- Present product features, advantages, and benefits to potential clients through effective sales presentations and demonstrations.

- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements and budget constraints.

- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products, addressing any client concerns or issues throughout the sales process.

- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.

- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market insights.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the facade and windows manufacturing industry.

- Strong understanding of construction processes, architectural design principles, and building materials.

- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with qualities like honesty and integrity.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.

- Adaptability and resilience to overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement.
