With a network spanning over 20 cities, we offer a comprehensive platform that enables clients to outsource design teams seamlessly, from talent acquisition to project management and payroll.
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Archestra. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a passion for architecture and design, and the ability to drive growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies :
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential client segments.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Sales Team Leadership :
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Sales Operations :
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage the sales pipeline.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Collaboration and Communication :
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the architecture, design, or construction industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
