Frido is seeking a driven and results-oriented field sales executive to join our growing team and expand our dealer and distributor network.
Responsibilities :
Drive Growth : Actively identify and qualify new dealer/distributor leads, building strong relationships to convert them into long-term partners.
Market Expansion : Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market reach within assigned territories, nurturing leads and maximizing sales opportunities.
Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing dealers and distributors, providing excellent service and support to exceed their expectations.
Account Management : Effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, invoicing, and delivery.
Lead Generation and Tracking : Proactively identify and follow up on sales leads, meticulously documenting all activities in a CRM system.
Brand Advocacy : Champion the Frido brand in all interactions with dealers and distributors, promoting our products and values with enthusiasm.
Partner Education : Conduct training sessions to educate partners on the financial and professional benefits of Frido products, enabling them to effectively sell and promote them.
Competitive Intelligence : Stay informed about competitor activities, new product launches, and market trends, providing valuable management insights.
Reporting : Generate accurate and timely field sales reports, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of proven success in field sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- A strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
- Passion for the B2B sales environment and a drive to exceed goals.
