Position: Business Development Manager - Cosmetics Industry (Third-Party Manufacturing & Testing Services)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with a background in selling to the cosmetics industry, specifically in third-party manufacturing and testing services. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working for another third-party company or ingredients supplier. We are particularly interested in female candidates with a strong personality, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. The role involves extensive travel.

Responsibilities :

1. Market Research and Industry Knowledge :

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients in the cosmetics industry.

- Leverage industry knowledge and insights to understand client needs and preferences.

2. Business Development Strategy :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to target cosmetics companies for third-party manufacturing and testing services.

- Identify key decision-makers and build strategic relationships within the industry.

3. Client Acquisition :

- Actively pursue new business opportunities and partnerships with cosmetics companies.

- Utilize existing industry contacts and network extensively to generate leads.

4. Sales and Revenue Growth :

- Achieve and exceed sales targets for third-party manufacturing and testing services.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective execution of business development plans.

5. Customer Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing timely solutions.

6. Travel:

- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients, attend industry events and explore new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Experience:

- Proven track record in sales within the cosmetics industry, with a focus on third-party manufacturing or testing services.

- Background in a third-party company or ingredients supplier is highly desirable.

3. Personality and Communication Skills:

- Female candidates with a strong and pleasant personality are preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients.

4. Result-Oriented:

- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

5. Travel:

- Must be willing to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
