ArBhar Consulting - Executive - Sales (3-6 yrs)
- Develop Medium & Large sized Business Customers through sales "hunting" activity, correctly assessing the prospective account as Profitable, Significant or Strategic in order to secure winning bids
- Actively Pursue the growth opportunity by developing Profitable new business.
- Meet the personal sales target as defined by Organization.
- Builds rapport and trust with customers by being informed about customer's business and the market and support customer retention through collaboration with all resources including our Product teams,, other sales channels and local leadership.
- Participate in face-to-face client meetings independently.
- Collaborate with Seniors / Colleagues to ensure alignment in line with sales strategies in forecasting, business planning, and pipeline development.
- Ensure timely payment receivable with in approved credit period, Any challenges on timely receivables involve credit control team.
- To ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction to all customers through effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries, issues and problems.
- Establish service solutions, systems requirements and drive systems integration between the customer & the company
- Maintain and perform scheduled visits/meetings for close customer relationship building
- Provide assistance in resolution of claims, disputes, credit and collections
