Aranca - Executive/Senior Executive - Inside Sales - Business Research Vertical (3-8 yrs)

Position : Executive / Sr. Executive - Inside Sales (Europe - Business Research Vertical)
Location : Gurgaon
Reporting to : Team Lead - Inside Sales
Summary :
The function of the Inside Sales Executive is to do cold calling, lead generation and provide direct support to the Sales Managers in the ongoing development of existing and prospective clients to ensure that the team is able to meet its growth targets.
Candidate Profile :
- Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed institute
- 3-5 years of cold-calling/in-house/outbound sales experience
- Should be comfortable with rotating shifts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities :
- Independently manage pre-sales support function
- Remotely service the requirements of business development teams placed globally.
- Should be well-versed with all pre-sales support functions including designing, launching and managing email/telecalling/direct mail campaigns, developing prospect lists, and proactively creating business opportunities.
- Deliver personal targets of lead generation in a specified service offering or geography if needed.
- Track and Report competition activities
