Aquasail - Sales Head (6-10 yrs)
Function: Completely responsible for the retail revenue at our Aquasail Goa Centre + support site visits and closure of corporate business
- Develop a team for on-site sales - ensure they are accountable for daily sales
- Deliver the daily and season target for in-house sales through relationship building, event management, lead generation and closure
- Leverage the Grand Hyatt Goa relationship to connect with customers; convert & upgrade, check on occupancy, meet FIT counter and other touch points
- Deliver corporate sales through deep co-ordination with GHG sales tem
- Utilize existing client base & generate Retail leads through walk-ins and GHG check-ins
- Deliver retail & corporate targets
Skills :
- Core skills : Sales, Negotiation, presentation, proposal writing
- Others: MS Office, written & verbal communication, adaptable to client & company requirements, creativity
- Attributes: Self-motivated, accountable, result and goal oriented
- Preferred Industry : Hospitality (Hotels, Travel, Airlines)
- Ideal Candidate : Someone who has handled on-site sales and managed revenue streams
