Function: Retail Sales
Job Description:
- Generate leads and revenue by executing the sales and marketing strategy of the company by conducting B2B & B2C sales, promote the AYA and convert customers
- Customize products and deals for customers, upgrade and convert previous sailors, coordinate with School Sales head and convert school leads to courses
- End-to-end service to retail bookings - send proposals, call, ensure requirements are met, co-ordinate with instructors, check boat availability, payment channels to be functional
- Maintain long-term relations with customers to get repeat sales
