Aquasail - Executive Assistant To Director - Sales (1-4 yrs)

Candidates will provide clerical and minor technical support for the sales department, working on sales and expense reports, electronic databases and sales proposals for prospective customers, planning meetings and more. The incumbent will work directly with the Director and assist her in accomplishing daily and annual sales targets as well as evaluating and ensuring growth prospects.
Note: This role is not that of a Secretary, rather a hands-on Sales person assisting the Director
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the schedule and ensure meetings, deadlines, presentations and other duties are carried out seamlessly.
- Fields phone calls, takes requests for meetings and coordinates various aspects of interdepartmental communication as necessary.
- Creation of spreadsheets and charts, maintain databases and write departmental status reports.
- Assist the Director on sales calls, coordinate meetings, prepare reports and ensure follow-up on leads generated
- May be required to travel
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1 - 2 years of hands on experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Graduate or Diploma from a good college. MBA will be given a preference
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel etc., high proficiency in computers, written and verbal communication, presentation skills and negotiation
- High execution capabilities and the ability to motivate and deliver numbers
