Aqualite - Sales Officer (2-4 yrs)
Core Job Responsibilities :
- Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales
- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
- Provide guidance of sales advisors daily, monthly, and quarter work plan in accordance with the formulated strategies
- Increase Sales from Wholesale Business
- Increase Net Realization by improving product mix and price increase
- Improve Adherence to K Sales Processes & Collection
- Channel Management
- Increase consistency in sales billing to customers- Zero Billed Distributors
- Well aware of the geography of the work location.
- Fair knowledge of MS-Excel
- Must have knowledge of channel sales
- Must have selling & retailing skills
