Aqualite - Manager - Digital Marketing (4-6 yrs)
Position Title : Digital Marketing Manager

Minimum Job Requirements
Educational Qualification : Graduate with prior experience with Digital Marketing
Experience: 4-6 years
Any additional requirement: Should have experience handling app based D2C brands
Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
Develop and ensure implementation of a digital marketing strategy which will assist in the achievement of Aqualite's Marketing Objectives
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Strategy and execution of the brand and performance campaigns on social media
- Creating the monthly brand and performance growth plans from media activation objectives
- Coordinates with cross functional teams to build brand /category specific intelligence
- Determine UX/UI using analytics and data driven insights & identify opportunities and ensure an optimal online experience
- Lead the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements and other marketing related projects.
- Coordinate with the PR & advertising team to deploy successful marketing campaigns from idealization to execution
- Work with mainline agency/in house marketing to develop detailed marketing plans from product intrigue to launch event to sales result which include day to day actions from PR/Media buy/ Soial media
Competencies
Technical/ Functional Behavioral
- 3-4 years experience in running performance and social campaigns for high growth brands
- Hands on experience with FB & google ads manager. Preferred if in additional exposure in running large scale display & native ads.
