Aquabrim - Assistant Business Manager - Dealer Development (1-2 yrs)
Job description
- We are India's leading wireless water level controller and indicator manufacturing & supplier for domestic and industrial customers. We also deal in other water automation devices.
- We are based out of Delhi NCR . We want to expand our retail network therefore, we need a young, energetic and ambitious person in Delhi to create our retail network in Delhi.

- We expect you to know our products when we call you.This role has huge scope for growth into senior positions if you perform well.
Responsibilities
- Study and develop sound knowledge of our Product and Services
- Identify and enroll retailers/dealers to sell our products
- Manage the dealers sales
- Execute and improve dealer policy according to ground feedback
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing retailers/Dealers
- Required to do rigorous travel across locations/geographies independently and with team members in order to monitor ground realities and improve execution at the ground level
- Train dealers on product and services
Requirements and skills :
- Proven working experience of 2 + years as a dealer developer, business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in B2B
- Proven sales /dealer development track record
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Diploma or Engineering Degree in Electrical or Civil is a plus
- Own bike with driving licence is a plus
