Aqua Excel - Executive/Senior Executive - Sales (3-8 yrs)
JD :
New Distributor Enrollment :
- To appoint minimum 1 distributor/district .
- To get proper concurrences from their respective ASMs
- To fix a meeting with ASM & Prospect Distributor for Closing
- To follow the companys rules and regulations during the Distributor appointment.
- To collect all the information on the individuals/parties from the market.
- Not to enroll a Dealer as Aqua Excel Distributor.
Dealer Visit & Enrollment :
- To identify new dealer prospects by doing Cold call, Follow up call
- To develop raport with the existing dealers to increase the sales volume
- To showcase all our product verticals to dealers
- To do minimum 15 calls per day
- To enroll minimum 10 new dealers per month
- To make existing dealer to purchase Aqua Excel products every month
- To help the dealer in Tertiary sales
- To enrol a good paymaster dealer
- To declare the dealer discount as declared by Aqua Excel
Promotional Activities :
- Plumber Meet 1/month
- Road Show 4/month
- Inshop Branding
- Distribution of promotional Items like Notepad, key chains etc to Dealers
- Each having minimum 200 Plumbers contact number and to share whats app messages
Coordination with Distributor :
- To inform the Distributor on the daily visit details
- To pass the enquiry/Order to Distributor properly
- To Help in collecting the payments from dealers
- Increasing the secondary sales value
- Enrolling new dealers
- To work together with Distributor sales executive
