JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Manager - Sales to join our team and drive the sales of finance products, with a primary focus on private equity investments. As a Senior Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for targeting and acquiring a pool of investors who are interested in long-term investment opportunities. This is a target-based role that requires strong sales acumen and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets for private equity investment products.
- Identify and prioritize target investor segments, and implement effective sales tactics to capture new business opportunities.
- Continuously monitor sales performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts.
- Investor Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Proactively identify potential investors interested in long-term investment opportunities, specifically in private equity.
- Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, events, and partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with investors, understand their financial goals and risk appetite, and provide tailored investment solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with investors, keeping them informed about market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance.
- Creating a pool of Channel partners and mentoring the team.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on finance products like private equity.
- Strong knowledge of private equity investments, including an understanding of the investment process, risk factors, and industry regulations.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to connect with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals and building a successful client base.
Experience- 2-4 years.

Budget: 8-10 LPA in hand, High Incentives + Rewards.
