AQSIT - Head - Sales (4-15 yrs)
Aqsit.com is a start-up building an online material library for interior designers- and architects.
We are looking for a Head of Sales and Operations, with a solid background in start-up culture. The person will be an integral member of the strategy team and will lead all the sales development in the company.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Strategize and create the company's sales goals, and work on plans to achieve them
- Manage the brand on boarding, manage relationship with the brands
Handle all the internal operations, work with the marketing team to achieve targets
Work on the pricing strategy of the products by comparing them in the market
Create sales pipeline for on boarding, activation, conversion, and expansion of customers
Hire and train employees in the sales department
Create customer relationship plan, work on the CRM within the organisation
Design the formation of key accounts and work on implementing them
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Sales Head meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong analytical skills to use data to backup assumptions
- Ability to drive the sales process internally and externally
- Knowledge of digital marketing and offline marketing technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation
- Problem solving aptitude, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, leadership and organizational abilities
