Job Description:
Industry: Fmcg/Natural Mineral water
1. Determines profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
2. Achieving sales target thereby increasing company revenue.
3. Increasing market penetration and making product strategy.
4. Hiring for the field staff.
5. Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
6. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
7. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
8. Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
9. Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
10. Maintains sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees; and
11. Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
12. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
13. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
