AQAISO - Manager - Business Development (1-4 yrs)
The primary focus of this position is to grow the AQAISO India Private Limited business within the assigned territory. To perform this role successfully, the right candidate will need to possess a strong understanding of the services provided and use this knowledge to constantly develop the existing business environment.
Overall responsibilities include:
- Business Sales:
Identify new sales leads/opportunities in the assigned territory
Pitch relevant services to different segments:
- Residential (residential societies, individual households, townships, etc.)
- Commercial (office buildings, commercial establishments, schools, colleges, hotels, malls, etc.) and,
- Industrial (manufacturing units, municipal corporations, industrial associations, etc.)
- Operations:
Follow through on administrative support, payment collection and other allied activities to complete the sales operation cycle
Handle ad-hoc commercial administrative requests and site visits to ensure smooth operations
Gather required inputs for proposal development
Leads Generation:
Generate leads to maintain a healthy pipeline of target customers:
- Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential projects
- Obtain contact information of potential clients and set up meetings to discuss project requirements
- Client Relationships:
Maintain fruitful relationships with existing clients
Work towards getting repeat business opportunities
Desired Skills:
- Socially adept with strong local connections and well versed with local language
- Hardworking, motivated to handle pressure and meet assigned targets and deadlines
- Excellent time management and organization skills
