Responsibilities :

- Negotiate and close deals to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

- Contribute to impactful marketing and branding initiatives in India.

- Monitor market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

- Leverage HubSpot CRM for efficient client relationship and sales management.

Skills Required :

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the Learning & Development or Corporate Training industry is required

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and task management abilities.

- Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Drive, Slides, Sheets) and ready to quickly learn tools like Webflow CMS, Zoom, and HubSpot.

- Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools like Canva and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.

- Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Flexible to work during India evening hours as needed for a few months annually.
