Role Summary: Revenue generation and overall business development
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (also looking for positions in Delhi/NCR)

Preferred prior Work Experience - Industry: Corporate Gifting, F&B, Luxury, Auto, Retail Banking, Insurance, Private Wealth Management, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Event Management, Wedding Planners, Real Estate, Media (Advertising)
Title and reporting: Sales Manager; reporting to Area Sales Manager
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Sales: Achieve/exceed sales targets to be discussed and finalised prior to joining
- Business Development: Actively build business - activities to include travel to various locations in Rajasthan and other parts of India (Delhi/NCR, etc.)
- Assist in sales forecasting
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Initiate, build and maintain professional relationships with various clients
- Reports: CRM, Sales and other MIS reports
Desired experience/skills and other points:
- Extraordinary experience as a salesperson - overachieved sales quota, built & managed client relationships, built & developed sales and more importantly delivered desired sales results
- Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings, including travel to various cities 3-5 times a week including metros and non-metros in trains/buses/cars
- Generate target sales from Week 1
- Bachelors (Commerce) and MBA in Sales & Marketing
- Excellent business communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficient with Microsoft PPT and Excel
- Absolutely no compromise on Integrity and Honesty
- Hardworking, calm and self-motivated
- Ability to gel well with various personality types and develop business
- Results oriented and hungry for sales
