APRRUS - Regional Sales Manager (5-10 yrs)

Role Summary: Revenue generation, team building and overall business development with an upcoming international F&B brand.

Experience: 5-10 years

Preferred prior experience - Industry: FMCG, Luxury, Auto, Retail Banking, Hospitality, F&B

Preferrer prior experience - Function: Sales / Business Development / Customer Engagement / Customer Relationship Management

Title: Area Sales Manager

Reporting to: Head of Sales & BD

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Sales: Achieve/exceed sales targets (including Corporate, Retail and Direct sales and other channels) to be discussed and finalised prior to joining

- Business Development: Actively build business - activities to include travel to various locations in India for client meetings, vendor meetings, meeting with retailers, product presentation, telephone meetings, Skype meetings, etc.

- Assist in capacity planning & sales forecasting

- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Initiate, build and maintain professional relationships with various clients

- People Management: Build, train and grow a sales team to achieve sales targets as well as other business development responsibilities in agreed timelines

- CRM activities

- Reviews & reporting: Frequency to include daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/six monthly and yearly

Desired experience/skills and other points:

- Extraordinary experience as a salesperson - overachieved quota, built & managed client relationships, built & developed sales team and more importantly delivered desired results

- Willingness to travel extensively including traveling to various locations 4-5 times a week including metros and non-metros in trains/buses/cars and returning to the base city the same day

- Generate target sales from Week 1

- Bachelors (Commerce) and MBA in Sales & Marketing

- Excellent business communication skills (written and spoken)

- Proficient with Microsoft PPT and Excel

- Absolutely no compromise on Integrity and Honesty

- Hardworking, calm and self-motivated

- Ability to gel well with various personality types and develop business

- Extremely results oriented/hungry/has a fire in the belly for sales
