As the Sales Lead, you are responsible for overlooking a team of executives and tasks such as lead generation, qualification, and lead management into all business units with a predominant focus on consumer and enterprise accounts. This is an opportunity to significantly impact the growth of the company while building your sales career.

Your Challenge is :

- To perform outbound lead generation in identified target accounts and non-identified accounts with product fit.

- To analyse customer needs in terms of current business obstacles, identify opportunities, and scope product needs.

- To present and articulate current and emerging product features and benefits.

- To consistently meet and exceeded personal and team goals.

About you:

- You have 3-8 years in a sales position.

- You are energetic, upbeat, a tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and positive attitude.

- You have strong analysis, positioning, and qualification skills.

- You have outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity.

- You have software development knowledge experience, ideally selling enterprise software or solutions
