AppSierra - Telesales Role (0-1 yrs)
- We are looking to hire a customer-oriented Telesales Representative to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve the sales targets.
Selected candidate's day to day responsibilities will include :
1. Initiating sales with potential clients over the phone.
2. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
3. Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
4. Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
5. Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
6. Answering customers' questions on the products.
Required Skills :
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Creative thinking skills.
3. Good sales ability.
4. Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
5. The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
