Job Requirements :
- Experience of closing sales for IT services (Web/mobile application development and software testing)
- Track and analyze competitor activities, also, manage & mentor junior business development executives.
- High level of communication skills to convert cold leads into clients.
- Create efficient & effective Business Development, Lead Conversion strategies and tactics and develop proposals and presentations for client meetings, as necessitated.
- An excellent track record of achieving targets and capability to lead initiatives.

3. Able to think out of box for achieving targets
4. Good in networking and maintaining client relationship
