The skills and experience required for this position as International Business Development Manager are as follows:
The ideal candidate will be a graduate who is very articulate, tenacious, mature and extroverted and a personable nature to resonate with clients.
3 + years of experience in international B2B IT sales - web design and development, mobile apps development, QA and digital marketing.
Ability to engage customers/prospects on the phone and arrange face to face meetings.
Clear communicator in English both written and verbal. A foreign language would be a distinct advantage.
Able to generate business in the field of Web Development -Open source, Mobile Apps (Android & iOS), QA, Web Designing and Digital Marketing Services..
Able to answer clients queries and self close leads- end to end.
Work on email leads.
Ability to generate potential leads from popular social media channels. ( Linkedin, Twitter, Upwork, Facebook)
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Responding to clients timely.
Use online services/freelancing platforms to explore International market (Europe, USA, Australia or other countries) and able to identify potential clients.
An ability to use online services to research international markets/opportunities
Appointing, developing and managing a team of International Commission on Sales agent.
Responsible for growing and prospecting sales pipelines, making cold calls to gather leads and close sales
To bring in new clients and fetch new business from existing clients.
Key responsibilities:
Developing and maximising international sales in target markets
The forecasting and achieving of monthly annual sales and margin targets
The appointing, developing and managing of an international agent/distributor network
Following up of direct enquiries.
Attending exhibitions, seminars related to IT.
Recommending new services and products, re-market opportunities and requirements
