Appsierra - Executive - Business Development (1-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth in IT sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets and sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align offerings with market needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in business development or sales within the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, as well as industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust - with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
