Appscrip - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Software Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing both inbound and outbound sales channels, conducting product demonstrations, and facilitating commercial negotiations. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently, often during non-standard hours to accommodate global clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Inbound Lead Management :
- Handle inbound leads and engage with potential customers via email, WhatsApp, Skype, and video calls.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide thorough information about our software products.
Product Expertise and Demonstration :
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our software products.
- Conduct product demos to potential customers, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
Commercial Negotiation :
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations to close sales deals.
- Prepare and present proposals that align with customer needs and company objectives.
Internal Coordination :
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical support, product development) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide feedback from clients to help improve products and services.
Flexibility :
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to communicate with clients in different time zones.
Communication Skills :
- Effectively communicate with clients from various regions, adapting to different cultural norms and expectations.
- Maintain professional and clear communication across all platforms.
Outbound Sales :
- Conduct outbound sales activities through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Identify and reach out to potential leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
Independent Work :
- Operate independently, managing your own schedule and sales pipeline.
- Set and achieve personal sales targets with minimal supervision.
Technical Knowledge :
- Possess a strong understanding of technology and software products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in software sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Experience with sales tools and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with social media and online sales techniques.
