AppInsight - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
What you will do:
- Connect with prospective clients via phone call, Email, Messaging platforms to understand their requirements.
- Maintain a record of the leads and the actions taken on the leads with help of internal CRM systems.
- Service the leads with utmost sincerity and with the right set of company and product information.
- Conduct demonstrations of the products/services to the prospective clients as and when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of information about product and services to the clients.
- Manage day to day activities of the sales process.
- Close deals and ensure timely payments.
- Achieve and surpass the assigned sales targets.
- Generate prospects with references from existing clients.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- A sales professional with 1-2 years of client facing sales experience. (preferably in IT/SaaS industry)
- Should be analytical and process-oriented.
- Should have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Has an ability to create a rapport with clients.
- Has a knack to close deals effectively and efficiently.
