Job Description: IBinder Digital Private Limited having a brand named (Appic) is hunting out for young and enthusiastic developers for their team. The company is known for the Quality of web & mobile app development. The company is now looking for talented officials who can join the team on an immediate basis.

We're looking for a Business Development Lead to drive growth for our design practice. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential clients through email, and other channels. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and customer orientation, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the IT consulting industry.

Designation: Business development lead.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree.

Experience: Min 5 years of relevant experience.

Role & responsibilities :

- Undertake Account research and database creation to identify stakeholders and generate high-quality meets or exceed quarterly revenue targets

- Source new sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads and making outbound cold calls and emails, while also understanding customer needs and requirements.

- Direct qualified opportunities for further development and closure while conducting market research and stakeholder mapping.

- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts

- Work with partners to extend reach drive adoption

- Manage proposal negotiations

- Work closely with Marketing to ensure to help achieve Marketing Objectives

- Sales teams enablement, collaterals, co-ordinating pre-sales effort, Leads,Proposals, assistance in New customer acquisition In-time prompt collections

- Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterprise accounts through leading outbound prospecting teams

- Regularly update the Sales report and provide timely update.

Being able to work independently and respond quickly.

Salary: 6lpa- 11lpa

Location: Malad

Shift time: 10 am to 7 pm

Working days: 5 days working (Saturday- Sunday)

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
