Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Minimum 8+ years of Predominant Sales experience, selling in APAC, EMEA region

- Experience in selling enterprise solutions in areas related to BPM, Low code, cloud, SAAS.

- The ability to make impactful business centric solution presentations to customer organizations (CMO/Marketing Director, Product Heads, Digital Heads, Technical Heads)

- Understand commercials, contracts and the ability to negotiate sustainably profitable commercial terms and conditions

- Must have developed the Customer from scratch (Most recently in last two years).

- Ability to identify, connect and network with key stakeholders at the customer's end on a regular basis.

- Experience of closing multiple million dollars' software sales deals.

- Proven expertise in selling a product that delivers enterprise business value


- Successful track record of overachieving quota as a manager and individual contributor in sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Share weekly plans of status of accounts and potential leads, new initiatives, follow up action plans and revenue pipeline.

- Experience selling to Director/VP level leaders Track record to selling to Startups, SMB & Enterprises in EMEA and APAC regions.

- Strong command in Selling Solutions and managing multiple clients Technically savvy; thorough understanding of technology space (product engineering, cloud, web & mobile) Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes.

- Proficiency using CRM; (Base CRM, Pipedrive, Copper, Salesforce, etc.)

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that local and global strategic sales objectives and targets are met.

- Responsible for pipeline management and accurate forecasting.

- Utilize sales tools and methodologies to manage account opportunities, pipelines, and forecasting efforts, ensuring accessibility and tool utility training.

- Plans and organizes multiple work outputs by assigning priorities and continuously reviewing objectives and goals.

- Support team by attending key client meetings and articulate how Appcino can add value through our services and solutions.

- Responsible for the coordination of the activities of the sales teams, setting and measuring performance targets, account allocation, and enforcing the execution of the client account plans, call planning and opportunity qualification.

- Guide the sales team to define the way they approach the market and achieve set targets.

- Ensure that sales procedures and policies as defined by the sales leadership are implemented and followed.

- Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy as well as develop and implement a supporting operational strategy.

- Align their team to the client segmentation strategy ensuring that the right level of resource is allocated to the right type of client.

- Take full ownership for managing efficiency levels, streamlining procedures to deliver customer excellence.

- Act as mentor/coach and advisor that assists the sales force to set and keep to priority activities.
