Appasamy Associates - Manager - Sales (5-12 yrs)
Position - Branch Manager
Qualification: Any Graduate with ophthalmic experience.
Experience: Should have minimum 5- 8 yrs of experience in ophthalmic sales(Equipment and IOL)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling complete Sales activities of branch (E.g. Microscope, slitlamp, OCT, Green Laser, Yag Laser, Phaco etc.)
- Handling complete promotional activities of branch
- Review trade area and identify new market opportunities
- Keep in line with company growth strategy
- Meet & exceed company profit goals
- Manage accounting and budget information
- Participate in district training calls with other branches
- Source train coach and develop staff
- Address customer issues & concerns promptly
- Manage the administrative activities of entire branch
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
Required skills :
