App2Mobile - Executive - Onboarding (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Onboarding Executive with strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate data entry, and generating reports to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update customer and account information in our database.
2. Enter new customer data and update existing records with precision and accuracy.
3. Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing and cleaning the database.
4. Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
5. Generate reports and dashboards to support business operations.
6. Handle large datasets with ease, ensuring accurate data entry and retrieval.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in BTech/BCA.
2. Proven experience of minimum 3 years in an MIS Executive role or similar role with excellent work in MS Excel and reporting.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
