Apollo Power Systems - Manager - Business Development & Operations (8-12 yrs)
Duties & Responsibilities
- To lead the Operations team and ensure they perform to the defined roles. In case of any discrepancy bring it to the notice of the Branch Manager.
- To know the billing value and individual salaries. Ensure sites are at profitability at all times.
- To ensure invoices are submitted well in time and payments are received as per agreed timelines. In case of delay, discuss with the client.
- Work/review outstanding with accounts team very closed and be updated on pending payments.
- Continuously follow up for payments it pending beyond agreed terms. Use client escalation matrix for follow-up.
- Insist client for a PO prior to taking up any work.
- To ensure service delivery as per SLA and continuous Improvement.
- To ensure all reports are rendered to the client well in time.
- To have good communication with clients and keep clients posted on operational issues and their resolutions with timelines.
- To ensure all salary attendances reach payroll in time. Any changes in increment/ transfer of employees are updated well in time.

- To ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments
- To ensure the Operations team handle operations efficiently and exhibit excellence and meet qualitative and quantitative demands of Operations in a sustainable way.
