- Experience in translating the range/assortment into customer offering to enable to customer to pick more into one's basket.

- Understanding the space management and analysing the returns on utilized space and ensuring the higher Sales from available space with better utilization of space.

- Experience in category planograming/ training to the store team on selling skills

- Improving the productivity with improved Sales/Sft/ higher inventory turns( lower inventory days)

- Planning of space/category adjacency, ensuring higher upselling and cross selling of the range.

Additional experience required in :

- Determines format /category wise the display standard after discussing the priorities with supervisor; discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes.

- Need to have strong understanding of customer buying behaviour particularly in Baby mother care/Fem Care/OTC categories of Pharmacy channel

- Taking corrective action by observing display and pricing of competitors' products.

- Initiating theme based program like Monsoon delight to delight the customer and increase the sales

- Coordinating with buying team on new requirements and sharing the customer feedback to take corrective action on assortment/Pricing

- Provides information by reporting growth, expansion, or closing of pharmacies in assigned territory.

- Updates job knowledge by participating in conversation with customers and reading professional publications and observing the competition and customer buying behaviour in the store, maintaining personal networks.
