Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Primary Role Description :
- As an ADM you- d have to spot talented insurance advisors and recruit them to sell the policies.
- You- d have to liaise with the agency head or business mentor to make sure that all functioning is in place.
- You- d have to train the advisors and also go around making joint clients calls to sell high value insurance policies. You might also need to organize road show and other events to increase visibility of your products and sell them.
- Apart from leads provided by the advisors, you- d also have to generate leads to achieve company's objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Achieving the sales target in her/his area.
- Recruit, build; maintain and motivate the agents
- Ensure that the sales force is able to achieve planned business results
- Assign territory to the sales force;
- Evaluate the territory's market Potential and competitive influences.
- Drive for results.
- Training and developing agents on an ongoing basis.
Key Requirements - Education & Certificates :
Minimum Qualification required :
- Should be a Graduate
Preferred Qualification :
MBA from a business school/University degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent
Key Requirements - Experience &Skills :
- Candidate with Life / General insurance experience, working with broking or insuranceCompany.
- 1 -2 year experience sales of Insurance products.
- Good Presentation Skills
