Primary Role Description :
- This positions will be responsible for developing franchisee model within assigned location and generate business through them.

- Recruiting, Training, Engaging, Motivating and making Entrepreneur confident aboutt this business.
- Conducting various activities in recruiting & developing Entrepreneurs.
- Further guiding/Training Entrepreneurs how to recruit agents and further how to develop them by training, engaging, activating and motivating them. Conducting various activities around this.
- Overachieving assigned targets w.r.t recruiting Entrepreneur, agents and GWP.
Key Requirements - Education & Certificates :
- Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Proven track record in academics and sales/job.
Key Requirements - Experience &Skills :
- Having 2 to 3 experience in Insurance Industry - preferably from Life Insurance from companies like TATA AIA, MAX LIFE, SBI Life, HDFC Life, KOTAK LIFE and BIRLA. Should have proven track record in terms of promotion within organization.
- Not changing jobs frequently, Stability is there or not.
- He should be well aware about location we are hiring for.
- Good Communication skills.
Age - 30 or below.
- Willing to work with Health Insurance, have basic understanding on how health insurance.
Key Functional Competencies :
- He should be working in that Location from at least 3 years, well versed with that market and should have good knowledge of Insurance Industry. Preferable if born & brought up.
